Proof, not promises

Audited like a treasury. Verifiable like a blockchain.

The reserve is boring on purpose. It is cash at Old Mutual Wealth. Independent auditors count it. Reports come out each month. Anyone can check the supply on-chain.

The peg

How 1 ZARP stays 1 ZAR.

  1. Issue. A partner sends rands to the reserve. ZARP mints the equal number of tokens to the partner's wallet.
  2. Redeem. A partner sends tokens to the redemption address. ZARP burns them and pays the rands out.
  3. Verify. Kempen Audit confirms each month that reserves are equal to or more than the supply on all chains.

Attestation reports are published on the official transparency page: zarpstablecoin.com/transparency.
